- Bring assigned brands to life by assisting with the development and implementation of a year-round promotion calendar and integrated retail campaigns to maximize sales opportunities and consumer conversion at retail.
- Assists with creative development, implementation, and ongoing management of point-of-sale programming for Pacifico, Victoria and Emerging Brands.
- Creative Agency and vendor management to provide programs and tools that target the retail trade for sales enhancing and consumer awareness programs.
- Assists in the annual strategic planning process to manage planning timelines, helps align internal Marketing teams, Consumer/Shopper insights, Sales, and agency efforts in the delivery of planning presentations and tools.
- Manages and directs the work of our fulfillment agency and vendors in support of the production of Point of Sale marketing materials.
- Communicates and evaluates the effectiveness of promotional marketing programs.
- Assists with the financial management of team budget, including entry and management of purchase orders; invoice reconciliation and support with monthly forecasting as needed.
- Maintains constant and concise communication with marketing and distributor stakeholders to ensure needs are met.
- Helps recommend and implement comprehensive retail promotional plans for new product introductions and line extensions of existing products.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with an emphasis on marketing, business or communications.
- Creative, innovative, and enthusiastic self-starter with ability to multi-task, problem solve and anticipate project needs.
- 0-2 years of prior work experience.
- Passion for bringing brands to life via Sports, Culture, Trends, Brand Partnerships and how these areas drive brand building and growth.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, as well as external business partners.
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, brand strategy and how to implement it across various consumer touchpoints.
- Strong communication skills across all forms of communication (written, presentation) with varying audiences (marketing/sales leadership sponsorship partners and agencies).
- Understanding of or willingness to learn the Alc Bev Industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Based in Chicago.
- You’re a creative thinker, excited by big ideas and opportunities to drive Brand and consumer connection.
- You are observant, keeping an eye on what other brands are doing.
- You have your finger on the pulse and are a consumer first, always interested in what’s new in sports, music, entertainment, fashion and tech.
- Spanish language speaker strongly preferred.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Position Summary
The Retail Connections Specialist will work on some of the fastest growing beers in the industry. This position will support the creation, planning and execution of strategic multicultural retail campaigns for Pacifico, Victoria, and Constellation Brands’ Emerging Brands family – shaping how consumers see and interact with the brands at the point of purchase. The specialist will help drive collaboration and consistency across internal teams in the development of innovative retail programming and creative consumer promotions. The successful candidate will be eager to learn with a desire to innovate and develop methods and tools to drive success.

MarketingThe salary range for this role is:
$66,500.00 - $97,700.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
