Job Description
- Req#: 4547
- Ordering units based on specs provided by an Install Project Manager.
- Updating contract information when contract addendums are processed.
- Review contracts and validate all pertinent information is included.
- Work with Concierges to schedule installs.
- Communicate with sales reps and install project managers to get orders off hold when questions arise.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Data entry experience.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Well organized.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.

SUMMARY:The Ordering Customer Service Representative role helps support the logistics and administrative functions of the branch. A good fit for this role is an individual that has a high level of attention to detail, has excellent time management skills, is organized, and can deliver on deadlines with short turnaround time. This person is expected to be an individual contributor but also have the ability to collaborate with other team members as needed. You will work 3x week in office and 2x week from home. This hybrid schedule gives you great flexibility to provide you with work life balance.
