      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the design and implementation of long-range maintenance plans and budgets for assigned facilities
      - Conduct yearly health assessments to evaluate the condition of retail store facilities
      - Analyze project budgets to determine appropriate vendor resources and implementation schedules
      - Collaborate with Customer Service Center teams to address and escalate maintenance issues
      - Manage Capex/Opex budgets of approximately $25 million for project completion in the assigned region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction
      - 8-10 years of relevant experience, specifically in Big Box retail
      - Proven experience in Real Estate, Architecture, or Engineering
      - Strong understanding of facility management and maintenance practices
      - Ability to adhere to safety parameters in facility operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing large-scale facility projects
      - Familiarity with energy management strategies and practices
      - Background in customer service or support roles within the retail industry
      - Knowledge of CAM (Common Area Maintenance) responsibilities and budgeting
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
