Job Description

- Coordinate Retail Governance meetings, ensuring that the process is transparent, including publishing of agendas, actions and with next steps.
- Ensure new activities are signed off by all relevant business areas before they are added to the Activity app and subsequently communicated to retail teams.
- Liaise with the Activity Planners to help identify suitable stores for activities based on store workload and characteristics.
- Support and where necessary, challenge stakeholders through an effective stakeholder management process.
- Ensure that all team communication channels e.g. team contact details, team email inbox and online content is kept up to date and accessible by relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure database is updated in line with current and future business requirements from information provided from all SSC colleagues and third parties which provide input into the governance process.
- Respond to the need of retail colleague queries relating to process or service.
- There will be a requirement for multi-skilling and support of the other C4 roles across the wider team e.g. weekend working, holiday cover.
- Support or lead on projects relating to the agreed suppliers to improve performance or drive cost savings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to our stores and suppliers including grammatical accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of retail, preferably gained from a store management role
- Evidence of working within and across teams with good interpersonal skills
- PC skills – Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Planning/Project Management experience desired but not essential
- Organisation and planning skills
- Ability to impact and influence at all levels.
- Good analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a good degree of self-confidence and service level management
- Ability to work on own and within a team.
- Confidentiality at the highest level
- Be able to cope with pressure whilst meeting tough deadlines and demonstrating the correct behaviours, without losing the attention to detail required across all platforms.

Please note this role is hybrid working and can be based from any of our offices in London, Coventry or Manchester.
In a nutshell
As a Retail Governance and service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that through our Retail Governance process and cross-functional meetings/process, all new retail activities land with the correct sign off across all channels. Also manage the day-to-day interactions with relevant suppliers and resolve retail queries relating to these contracts.
