Job Description
- Req#: 113648
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- One year related experience and/or training is a plus, but not required.
- Must be bright, personable and have the ability to get along with others.
- Should be highly service oriented, possess exemplary communication and listening skills, be well organized and detail oriented.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and pricing information in the POS and Inventory Systems.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and controls.
- Assist with pre-inventory prep and physical inventories.
- Receive general storeroom shipments and purchase order products into spa storeroom, check for accuracy, and place in inventory.
- Maintain up to date purchase log information.
- Facilitate the “Damage Stock” process
- Facilitate the “Class 30” process
- Pulling and delivering stock from retail storerooms to Cloth, Marketplace and Seasons and individual supply closets.
- Restocking and placing new merchandise on the retail floors.
- Maintain storeroom cleanliness, signage, locking up and securing storeroom.
- Assist Boutique Consultant with display and seasonal promotions.
- Assemble Retail Amenities packages for groups in house.
- Process returns for defective products. Maintain warranty information for appliances.
- Run inventory reports and notify staff of items in Marketplace that are running low.
- Compile sales reports and analyze retail sales.
- Cover shifts in the Retail outlets: Cloth, Marketplace and Seasons.
- Commitment to and demonstration of The Omni Mission Statement and 6 Pillars.
- Complete in-house orientation program, which covers all policies and procedures as per the manual and associate handbook.
- Have a working knowledge of OGPI general information and history.

Job Description
Responsible for maintaining an established par level in the retail storeroom to include, Professional, Retail, and guest products. In addition, the inventory specialist will be required to work in the Retail outlets that include, Cloth, Marketplace and Seasons. Additional duties include; the checking in and storing of incoming sales orders and requisitions, keeping an accurate inventory count and maintaining a running inventory, conducting regular physical inventories, and maintaining a clean and orderly storeroom.
