      Tommy’s is looking for a Marketing Consultant to support our corporately owned Tommy’s Express (TXO) locations implement an annual marketing plan and execute the Tommy’s Express marketing plays that lead to the growth of our current and future corporate-owned sites, working closely with site leaders and regional leadership.

      Position Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with each site leader and regional leadership to create, implement, and manage the annual marketing plan for all corporate-owned Tommy’s Express (TXO) sites, including both local and national campaigns that align with the Tommy’s Express Marketing Playbook, including the following…
        • Manage the marketing budget for each site
        • Determine which tactics are necessary to hit performance goals
        • Measure, interpret and document the success of marketing initiatives
      • Work closely with Tommy’s Express corporate marketing team in assisting and delivering performance results on corporate testing initiatives
      • Travel to and work at individual stores throughout the workweek, with remaining time spent at the Tommy’s corporate office.

      Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • Previous retail marketing experience at an individual store level
      • Knowledge of current retail marketing tactics, including when to use them and how to measure and report success
      • Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience within database systems a plus
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills
      • Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments
      • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload
      • Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise good judgment and make sound data-backed decisions
      • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
      • Views customer care as high priority; exhibits a positive can-do attitude
      • Displays a strong initiative and drive to identify gaps and fill them

      Work Environment and Physical Demands

      This job operates in a hybrid professional office and onsite retail environment. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with some additional weekend and evening hours as needed to successfully fulfill the requirements of the position. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and operates primarily indoors.

      To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:

      • Ability to work and commute in all weather conditions
      • Able to move about inside the office to access standard office equipment, etc.
      • Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, alternating between sitting and standing
      • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as; keyboard, copy machine and printer
      • Ability to move and lift up to 30 pounds
      • Able to effectively communicate, listen, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
      • Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers
      • Drive between company locations as needed while on job
