- Leads the development and deployment of global Amazon retail KPI dashboards.
- Responsible of communicating to SMG and GSS (Global Solutions and Services) Leadership performance of the Amazon Marketing Budget, forecast, and recommendation.
- Oversees the global Marketing strategy for Amazon retail, including planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Acts as the liaison between the US Team Amazon Sales Team and the US Marketing Team, with a focus on assortment, product mix, sales strategy, and marketing support to business goals.
- Manages the Amazon Advertising relationship with Team Amazon, including organizing quarterly business reviews to share results, negotiating discounts and benefits, reviewing offers and opportunities, and working on developing and implementing new products.
- Works with the OEM Marketing Teams (Dell, ASUS, HP, Microsoft, etc.) to discuss potential opportunities, improve Intel branding throughout the OEM experience, and coordinate marketing activities.
- Partner with the Amazon Retail Team to plan, design, and implement customer experience improvements for the Amazon PC Shopping Experience.
- Work with Global Retail Marketing HQ to assess and implement when appropriate available programs to improve performance and results.
- Manages the US retail Marketing strategy from funds unlocked by sales activities, including emails, onsite merchandising, and video/influencer initiatives.
- Leads the planning and implementation of Marketing strategy for new Intel product launches at Amazon.com with the collaboration of the Sales and regional marketing teams.
- Provides OEMs with guidance, recommendations, and marketing assets to optimize their detail pages at Amazon.com.
- Responsible of the optimization of the Intel Components (CPUs, GPUs, etc.), Detail Pages at Amazon.com.
- Takes on ad-hoc research projects and analysis aimed at solving key business challenges that will unlock sales, gain MSS, or improve Intel's brand awareness at Amazon.com.
- Strong ability to influence peers and leaders of the organization.

- Outstanding story-telling skills, with a focus on being able to convey complex marketing concepts in a compelling way.
- Experience working on a global company, with direct interaction with global teams.
- Strong understanding of advanced marketing KPIs, and efficiency metrics.

- Experience working with Marketing Agencies and multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Experience working at or with Amazon.com and/or Amazon Advertising.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Marketing roles, focusing on performance marketing, site merchandising, and email marketing.
- Experience working for large retail chains, preferably in online marketing roles.
- MBA Preferred.
- Experience with SQL a plus.

Team Amazon is part of the Global Solutions and Services organization under the Sales and Marketing Group (SMG).
This role is part of the Retail Consumer Sales unit in charge of driving Intel-based products in the Amazon Marketplaces worldwide.
The person on this role will oversee the efficiency of the worldwide Amazon Marketing Budget and make recommendations to the local teams based on results. In addition, the Global Retail Marketing Manager will plan, design, and execute Amazon Retail marketing campaigns on the US Marketplace and will work with Intel and Amazon Teams to ensure the best possible customer experience for shoppers.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, Washington, California:$147,750.00-$236,090.00S al ary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.About the company
