- Collaborate with the Retail Marketing team to create and execute compelling and customized creative campaigns aligned with the Pandora’s vision and goals.
- Work closely with Global suppliers to ideate, design, and implement bespoke campaign creative layers that are unique and tailored to the brand's identity.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of campaign development, from conceptualization to production, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize Excel and other relevant tools for meticulous data organization, tracking budgets, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all Retail Stores, ensuring POS materials are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively drive sales.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers/vendors, ensuring seamless communication and execution of projects.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of campaign execution, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Proven experience minimum 3 ye ars in retail operations, marketing, or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management for budgeting, analysis, and organizational purposes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Speak and write English fluently and used to working in an international environment.
The Retail Marketing team is responsible for creating the branded framework for an optimal shopping experience – developing and maintaining Pandora’s Creative Campaigns and standard Point of Sales materials for all Retail Stores and ensuring that they are attractive to consumers and scalable for implementation.
As our new Retail Marketing Operation Specialist , you will be responsible for realising bespoke campaign creative layers, ensuring customized design solutions that meet brand standards and resonate with consumers.
