- Developing RE Strategies based on shopper and market insights
- Collaborating with field sales to develop shopper and RE plans, tactics and activities based on shopper and local insights, while assuring an excellent execution.
- Evaluating RE and business performance versus targets, identifying key elements that generate product demand and assuring efficient investment.
- Responsible for developing RE Strategies to ensure growth ahead of the market.
- Responsible for 5P definition and analysis by RE that respond to shopper, customer, and competitor trends that result in sustainable sales and share growth.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing and CDT leaders to assign objectives to achieve strategy’s results and priorities by business types including shopper studies.
- Actively participate in CBP Discipline and perform analysis of RE versus plans monthly performance review: volume, sales, level of investment, GTN, market shares, distribution, 5Ps, and adjust strategies based on main findings / opportunities.
- Analyze and approve plans by RE in order to ensure alignment with strategies and priorities to meet - estimated sales, market share, ASP and margin objectives.
- Develop plans and actionable recommendations based on knowledge gained from post-evaluations ensuring these are included in the strategies by business types.
- Category shopper insights gathering and analysis to identify opportunities
- Responsible for 3 year retail environment strategies development (feeds the brand and category strategies / plans).
- Responsible for area´s Business and budget review reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities and develop action plans based on main findings.
- Develops shopper solutions based on Retail/Customer and Shopper knowledge.
- Uses analytics and insights to maximize baseline sales and drive an efficient and effective promotion plan.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- At least 2 years of commercial experience, ideally in consumer goods
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish)
