      Position Summary

      We are looking for a new Retail Marketing Operation Data Analyst to join our team!

      Role and Responsibilities

      • Assist the planning of store operation strategy
      • Person in charge for data requests from headquarter offices
      • Working with retail marketing management to support all phases of retail marketing activities
      • Collecting field data (shelf share, product availability, sell-out, price, promotion) and generate weekly reports
      • Retail Marketing KPIs as dead inventory; stockout; SKU assortment; flooring
      • Samples management for RM team
      • FSM Incentive e2e project management; maintenance and developing other countries, partners
      • Entering Project Plan Proposal in internal system after RM manager preparation and monitorization of the system workflow
      • Retail information (i.e. field intelligence) gathering and sensing. Development of the channel mapping and segmentation analysis for the respectful markets
      • Support in managing shop displays/fixtures/POP production, distribution, implementation and maintenance in accordance with guidelines
      • Maintain and continue developing retail database
      • Other tasks per direct managers request

      Skills and Qualifications

      Qualification/Experience

      • University degree

      Knowledge

      • Upper-intermediate command of English
      • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      Job related Skills

      • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
      • Analytical ability to understand complex data and draw conclusions from it Ability to work independently and take action to achieve goals and objectives
      • Project management/organizational /coordination skills
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
