      WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

      A Retail Operations Intern to support our Corporate Retail team with daily task and processes. The ideal candidate needs to be NYC based and being on-site is required. As well have custoomer service experience and understanding retail sales. The intern will gain on the job training and experience working in a corporate environment. The internship is a paid, and it will last from 6 months

      Overview:

      The Retail Operations Intern will ennsure customer satisfaction after purchase and assisting with further services in any cases of product concern, including but not limited to: repair & maintenance care, assistance with defective products, alteration fabric requests, monogram & hot stamping personalization service. Supporting the North America Stores (DOS) and ensuring compliance with SAP After Sales complaint module, handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries in partnership with Store managers, NY Corporate + HQ Teams. Must have strong problem solving and effective communication skills to diffuse and appease customer complaints in line with company policies, as well as meticulous organization & technical aptitude for ticket management.

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

      After Sales Service & Management

      • Act as the first line of contact for stores in support in managing, processing & resolving after sales client inquiries
      • SAP complaint management/compliance
      • Assisting with auditing Stores After Sales Inbox
      • Assisting with creating content for Aftersales training and Retail Newsletter

      Spare Parts Management

      • Procurement of spare parts from NY Corp./ (submitting/distributing orders for all Retail stores)

      Customer care/ASM Team

      • Customer Care & HQ Team
        • Supporting

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

      Quality Control

      • Ensure authorized repair vendors provide consistent and proper service on all repairs
      • Record and report defects seen from HQ offices
      • Partner with Stock & Ops managers to process monthly damages
        • Classification of Damages
      • Support & submit quality claims of defective/damaged merchandise for Retail, report timely feedback to HQ Teams
        • Classification of Defects

      Reporting

      • Research and validate purchase history of customers requesting After Sales service

      Retail Store support

      • Conduct site visits alongside with the Afte Sales Coordinator (NY Metro Stores)

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Experience in Retail or Customer Service related roles
      • Working knowledge of SAP Retail and Microsoft Office,
      • Strong Organization, Verbal and written communication, Time management

      RETAIL OPERATIONS

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

      Operations Reporting

      • Assist with running bi-weekly store scheduling report and reaching out to stores/retail management for scheduling updates.
      • Assist with publishing bi-weekly aged outbound/inbound delivery report

      Store Hour Updates

      • Collect and publish monthly store hour updates to various platforms to maintain accuracy

      Store Supply Management

      • Assist with running no-core SOH on a weekly basis and placing no-core orders as needed.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Experience in Retail or Customer Service related roles
      • Working knowledge of SAP Retail and Microsoft Office,
      • Strong Organization, Verbal and written communication, Time management

      Hourly Rate: $16-$17 ( subject to change and based on experience)
