  Retail Operations Analyst, Kohler Stores

  The Retail Operations Analyst – Kohler Stores Product will directly contribute to growing Kohler Signature Store and Kohler Experience business, maximizing sales and operational efficiencies for the Kohler Signature Stores & Experience Center fleet. The analysis completed by this role will inform merchandising for comp stores, new stores, and business operations. This role will be to report into the Store team and work closely with the Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Expansion, AID, Supply Chain and Marketing. The role is diverse in responsibility, 50% of the role will be focused on detailed analysis that will drive our product assortment, and the remaining 50% will be focused on tactical execution.

  Specific Responsibilities

  • Create digestible product analysis for stores on a monthly, quarterly basis. Monitor and prepare monthly Category Sales, Best Sellers and Trends for three business models Kohler Owned, Kohler Experience Centers and Kohler Signature Stores.
  • Project specific analysis tied to new projects, assortment extensions to drive new models, assortments, and categories.
  • Own Business Operations Calendar and New Store Expansion Product Calendar
  • Vendor PO management and communication – creation and maintenance of purchase orders for both white label and new stores. Partnering closely with cross functional partners.

  Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting stores operations, analysis/inventory, customer care, merchant execution, and project management.
  • Experience of working with several analytical systems including Power BI, and SAP required.
  • Knowledge of Kohler Product and experience with KCIC is a plus.
  • Sales forecast, inventory planning knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize, analysis, and execute in partnership with several cross functional and external partners to meet timelines and to maintain key brand standards and execute at high levels.
  • Is a self-starter that has strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to convey and outline key expectations and actions needed to a broad audience.
  • Is detailed orientated and able to use several tools including reporting, pictures, visual tools, power point to share inspect and share expectations to ensure stores maintain high standards.
  • Is curious and influential in the ability to share ideas and feedback to support new processes and ways to execute that improve performance around brand execution which drives sales.

  The salary range for this position is $64,600 - $81,350. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
