What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical and reporting support to senior Retail leadership
- Support ad hoc requests for metric results
- Support workforce analytics and scheduling reporting
- Analyze Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Support Retail with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years’ experience in Data Analytics
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and process-improvement skills
- Effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and similar data analytics tools
- Attention to detail and understanding of supply and demand channels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4 Year College Degree required (Math, Finance, or Management Information Systems preferred)
- Experience working with Salesforce, Looker, and Google Suite
