- Support boutique administrative tasks. and identify area of improvement
- With Retail Operations Manager, work on deployment of new projects, and refinement of existing projects
- Monitor and communicate boutiques budgets
- Work to educate, promote and analyse inventory within the boutique
- Support the rollout of new Client Service projects to the network
- Case Management
- Share and build Client Services best practice and knowledge
- Work with Regional and Head Quartar partners to analyse results and share feedback.
- Reporting on trends across all boutiques and the market.
Are you a good match?
You have proven experience in Retail Operations and Client Service , strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. You are detail oriented and have a high standard of after sale service. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.
