      The Retail Operations Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the operations across the resort retail portfolio. This includes but is not limited to the following: order entry, product reorder, management of dept finances, development and maintenance of dept wide training, development of dept merchandising plans, scheduling, coordination of receiving, selling, restocking and assisting with the replenishment of retail product, as well as coordination and conducting quarterly inventories with Resort Inventory Manager and Sports/Hotel Retail Manager.

      This position will also function as the sales associate, as well as retail supervisor on days scheduled. These responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, administering sales at cash registers, and ensuring customer's questions are answered on all products and Resort outlets.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist managers with reorder of product & dept supply, as well as order entry in retail POS and financial PO systems.
      • Assist managers with departmental finances, including but not limited to end of month processes, inventories, budgeting, over/short reconciliation, expense reporting, P&L management, variance reporting & monthly sales and inventory trend reporting.
      • Assist managers with development and maintenance of dept wide training, used for onboarding and continual training of staff throughout the year. Assist with conducting monthly MOS program.
      • Assist managers with development and maintenance of shop specific merchandising plans, for all retail locations, resort wide.
      • Assist in opening and closing procedure for all seasonal shops.
      • Assist customers in product selection in every aspect in a timely fashion. Follow htrough on sales from introduction of product through sale and beyond when needed.
      • Responds to customer's requests in a timely fashion, utilizing the Omni Moments of Service Philosophy.
      • Assists in coordination of receiving of all merchandise, including pricing, merchandising product on floor, and warehousing back stock.
      • Assists in transfer entry all product from one location to another, ensuring proper inventory SOPS are followed.
      • Assists in conducting, in conjunction with Retail Director, Resort Retail Inventory Supervisor, and Sports/Hotel Retail Manager, scheduled quarterly inventories.
      • Ensures all guest issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
      • Ensures the store and back stock room maintains a clean atmosphere by adhering to an established cleaning schedule and taking initiative to maintain an outstanding shop appearance.
      • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or GED, plus 6 months relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.
      • 3+ years of retail experience.
      • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
      • Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
      • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
      • Must be attentive to detail.
