- Sort, tag, and hang or place goods in our retail stores, following visual and written guidelines for material management to ensure quality, sizing, colorizing, and sorting seasonal goods.
- Record hourly and daily production numbers for units and racks produced and ensure the best pricing and quality standards are used. This ensures we maximize the value of donated goods by offering the highest quality and value to our customers.
- Providing excellent customer service to everyone they encounter including all Goodwill team members, customers, and donors.
- Ability to frequently bend, walk, stoop, push, pull and stand for long periods of time.
- Lift 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Retail Production Specialist responsibilities:
This position offers a lot of variety throughout the day, along with a collaborative team focus on daily production goals. It is fast paced, physical, and the day goes fast!
Position requirements:
The Retail Production Specialist position has a starting wage of $15.09 per hour plus incentive pay based on store performance. This position will be scheduled 9:00am - 5:30pm, five days a week, for a total of 40 hours a week. Every other weekend is required.
