      What this opportunity involves:

      As the Retail Property Manager , you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day retail portfolio management of the prestigeous University of Melbourne portfolio. Situated within one of Australia’s most prestigious University campuses. You’ll be the single point of contact for the client property team and will serve as an account lead on-site, providing a higher level of retailer, customer and client engagement.

      An Overview of the role:

      • Preparation of a one- and three-year business plan

      • Formation of an annual leasing strategy

      • Monthly invoice deployment

      • Management of arrears

      • Annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and outgoings management

      • Tenant management including reconciliations, lease documentation, fit-out coordination

      • Conducting market rent reviews

      • Oversight of maintenance logging and requests in liaison with client facilities management team

      • Provide strtegic advise for best in class outcomes for our Client

      • Strong relationship building skills with Retailers, Client, Universtiy personel and stakeholders

      • Experienced retail/centre manager

      • Demonstrated client engagement

      • Efficient use of MS office to track metrics for reporting

      • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

      • Effective communicator and confident in engaging multiple organisational levels

      • Strong financial management and budgeting skills

      • Contract servicing experience
