  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and implement business plans for assigned retail properties to maximize asset value and NOI
  - Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure properties are maintained to required standards
  - Build and maintain relationships to retain current business and expand opportunities
  - Support the broker/agency leasing team through understanding the leasing process
  - Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports as required by clients
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be a college graduate or equivalent
  - Florida Real Estate License required within 90 days of employment
  - At least 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
  - In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation skills

  - Experience managing multiple properties within the retail sector
  - Strong understanding of retail property accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting
  - Excellent written and oral communication skills
  - Proven ability to solve problems effectively and innovatively
  - Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with diverse individuals
