      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement business plans for assigned retail properties to maximize asset value and NOI
      - Provide monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting as required by clients
      - Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure properties are maintained properly
      - Build and maintain relationships with clients to retain and expand business opportunities
      - Support the broker/agency leasing team with an understanding of the leasing process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College graduate preferred
      - FL Real Estate License required within 90 days
      - At least 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on retail preferred
      - In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
      - Competency using Microsoft Office and general computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing multiple properties in a retail environment
      - Strong understanding of retail property accounting principles and financial statements
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Proven ability to build effective relationships across various levels of an organization
