What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement business plans for assigned retail properties to maximize asset value and NOI
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports as required by clients
- Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure proper property management
- Build relationships to retain current business and pursue additional clients and opportunities
- Support the leasing team by understanding the leasing process effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College graduate preferred
- NC Real Estate License required within 90 days
- At least 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
- In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
