      $17.00 - $22.10

      The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

      Responsibilities:

      GENERAL PURPOSE:
      Provides excellent customer service to patients, employees, and guests. Responsible for Serving customers food and coffee in a clean and welcoming environment.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      • Provides excellent customer service to all customers. Creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Provides goods and services based on customer’s requests.
      • Works with the management team to source products to be sold. Completes daily, weekly, and monthly inventory to determine needs and orders accordingly. Communicates with vendors as needed to maintain proper supply of products.
      • Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Follows proper safety standards in accordance with regulatory and University guidelines.
      • Stocks all areas using proper HACCP procedures and rotates products accordingly.
      • Completes all mandatory training as required. May train and/or mentor new or lower level staff.

      Other duties as assigned.

      MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

      • High School diploma and 1 year service or customer service experience required
      • Or equivalent combination of education and experience


      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      • Excellent customer service skills, ability to work well with others/the public. required


      LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

      • Serv-Safe food certificate upon hire preferred
