      Overview

      Retail Sales Associates enjoy the following perks:

      Here's what we are looking for:

      • Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
      • The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
      • The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. Qualifications:
      • Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
      • Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
      • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.
      • Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.

      Responsibilities

      Front Desk Tasks include:

      - Prior Receptionist and or Front Desk experience.

      - You must be able to manage Systems and programs to book appointments and operate our POS System plus learn the scheduling system

      - Deliver a positive and ubeat Dimeanor when working

      - Deliver Customer Service and Customer satisfaction based off of the customers needs

      -Proper Phone verbiage and language when answering calls

      -Ability to multi-task and work as a team

      -Light cleaning duties plus administrative work

      -ABILITY TO ADAPT TO SALES AND CLIENT RENTENTION

      ( All Staff member are required to pitch, suggest and to properly sell our membership package within the studio)

      -Be confident to hit all KPI and conversion goals and statistics

      Qualifications

      Prior Front Desk and or Receptionists experience is required , If not please have prior Customer Service and Retail experience when applying.

      Benefits

      Hourly Pay Plus commision on all membership sales and signups.
