What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment
- Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty
- Drive sales and service through engaging customer interactions and suggestive selling
- Support various areas of the store, including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues courteously and professionally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Customer-focused service orientation both on and off the sales floor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
