What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Treat all customers and employees with respect while contributing to a positive work environment
- Promote loyalty programs and educate customers to drive sales
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience using suggestive selling techniques
- Support various areas of the store, including sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap, as needed
- Handle customer interactions and issues professionally and courteously
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
