What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory across multiple product categories
- Create strategic account visit plans with guidance from management

- Support merchandising standards and ensure proper execution during store visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn
- Interest in building materials, retail, or home improvement is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous sales experience is not required; ideal for recent graduates
- Familiarity with the sales process or customer service experience
