  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Build and establish relationships with retail District Managers, Store Managers, and Pro Sales Reps
  - Communicate and educate Distributor Outside Sales representatives and retail associates on the TimberTech brand
  - Perform product demonstrations and onsite visits with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales
  - Maintain special-order deck displays in retail stores
  - Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan and drive sales to meet revenue goals
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  - 1-3 years of experience in an outside sales position, preferably with retail home centers
  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  - Demonstrated organization and time management skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  - Ability to travel up to 60% overnight
