What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and establish relationships with retail District Managers, Store Managers, and Pro Sales Reps
- Establish financial goals and strategic direction to grow the retail channel profitability
- Educate retail associates on the TimberTech brand to increase sales
- Perform product demonstrations in stores to communicate product value
- Assist in the development of the annual sales plan to meet revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales position in a retail channel
- Proficient knowledge of retail special-order systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience with home centers
- Interest in up to 50% overnight travel
- Multilingual communication skills
- Prior experience in sustainability-focused industries
- Familiarity with building products or outdoor living products
