What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead store team members in delivering exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers
- Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team member execution of customer service programs
- Manage the processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner
- Handle retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accurate refunds and proper processing of merchandise
- Perform all store opening and closing duties, including securing money and deposits according to company policy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair
- Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ASE Certification
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in retail
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
