      Your Responsibilities as a Retail Store Leader:

      As the key operator of a single store, you will oversee all aspects of the business. This includes hiring, training, and managing associates to meet financial targets while ensuring excellent guest experiences. Your leadership is pivotal to the success of your store.

      Desired Skills & Experience:

      • High school diploma required
      • Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
      • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
      • Certification in food safety (Serve Safe) is essential

      Pay Range: $32 per hour - $35 per hour

      *Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Panda does not guarantee any associate will earn a bonus and reserves the right to modify or discontinue its bonus programs at any time without notice.
