Model and reinforce a professional appearance and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization. - Merchandise Processing and In-Store Marketing:
Ensure merchandise is processed efficiently and presented according to company guidelines. - Loss Prevention:

GENERAL PURPOSE:
As a Retail Store Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring that the company's standards and best practices are consistently upheld. You will lead a dedicated team to achieve desired sales and profit results while fostering a friendly and inviting shopping atmosphere.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
COMPETENCIES:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Five or more years of retail management experience, strong customer service skills, ability to lead and develop staff, fluency in English, and the capability to work evenings and weekends.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Ability to perform various physical tasks common in retail settings, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and using store equipment.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervise Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors, and Retail Associates.DISCLAIMER:
