      Essential Job Duties:

      • Conducts site visits across various retail stores (approximately eight) within a designated district.
      • Reviews store operations to ensure that store management establishes appropriate expectations in each location and implements follow-up procedures and accountability measures that align with company standards and guidelines.
      • Responsible for developing and maintaining a safe workplace for employees and customers.
      • Reviews and analyzes store operations to ensure stores are running efficiently and effectively which includes merchandising, cleanliness, safety practices and training of store managers and assistant store managers.
      • Handles escalated customer service issues from store managers and day-to-day operations within assigned district as needed.
      • Engages in budget preparation for retail stores, focusing on ensuring adherence to financial sales objectives and staying within allocated budgets, encompassing profit and loss management.
      • Strategically prioritizes time allocation toward addressing significant financial opportunities within the region, with proficiency in identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective solutions.
      • Manages the end-to-end process encompassing selection, hiring, training, onboarding, progressive discipline, and coaching of all retail store managers.
      • Upholds accountability for fostering the growth and professional development of proficient store managers, guiding their progression to higher-level positions within the organization.
        • This responsibility extends to establishing and implementing a structured development framework for leads and assistant store managers within their respective regions.
      • Contributes to spearheading company-wide inclusion initiatives and special projects.
      • Represents the interests of retail stores in broader organizational meetings, advocating for their needs and priorities.
      • Responsible for establishing transparent guidelines regarding company policies, encompassing aspects such as attire, punctuality, productivity, customer satisfaction, hygiene standards, safety protocols, loss prevention, and comprehensive training for store managers.
        • Additionally, responsible for ensuring adherence to these guidelines.
      • Ensures timely resolution of all inquiries and assistance requests from leaders and support staff, consistently responding within a 24 to 48-hour timeframe.

      Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

      Qualifications:

      • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Possesses adept multitasking abilities along with the capacity to provide clear directives and swiftly resolve issues, particularly within demanding environments.
      • Experienced in conducting managerial training sessions, showcasing exceptional oral and written communication, effective time management, and customer service skills.
      • Demonstrates a keen understanding of business operations and the capacity to make strategic decisions in real-time.
      • Must possess strong interpersonal, coaching and development, and leadership skills.
      • Must be adaptable to changing circumstances, be adept at managing concurrent tasks, and the possess the ability to provide effective solutions during critical situations.
      • Comprehensive cross-training in all aspects of retail associate responsibilities is mandatory.
      • Possession and maintenance of a valid driver’s license is required.
      • Must be able to travel within territory up to 50-75%.
