      - Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, with the capacity to lift up to 30 pounds

      - Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
      - Familiarity with omni-channel retail strategies
      - Strong understanding of product lifecycle and sales strategies
      - Ability to support sales leaders during peak and non-peak hours
