What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment
- Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
- Support the sales leader during non-peak hours, prioritizing customer focus
- Collaborate effectively with the store leadership team to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensure compliance standards are met while leveraging omni-channel strategies for a frictionless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Clear and direct communication of expectations
- Ability to utilize technology effectively to engage with customers and team
- Demonstrated interest and initiative towards continuous improvement and growth
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a retail environment or customer service role
- Familiarity with brand selling behaviors and customer engagement strategies
