      Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. Whether it’s hosting an unforgettable studio tour, creating an optimal workspace, or equipping talent to tell the best stories, these teams lay the foundation for the memorable experiences we provide.

      Your New Role

      It takes fantastic people to operate our stores but it’s our Team Leaders who keep them operating at their peak every day. Our Team Leaders both lead and motivate their teams to drive best in class customer service and efficiency and are on the ground everyday making a difference.

      You will take full responsibility for the shop floor when running your shift. The job is fast-paced and can be challenging but you will see the rewards from putting in the hard work. We have a team of over 140 across 3 retail spaces, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your abilities and be a part of one of the most exciting and fastest growing retail spaces in the UK.


      Your Role Accountabilities

      • Lead and motivate your team to drive positive behaviours
      • Ensure excellent customer service is being provided at all times
      • Delegate tasks and solve problems with confidence
      • Ensure stores are fully stocked and prioritise the higher selling lines
      • Prioritise tills and create a minimal till queue mentality
      • Confidently manage individuals in a positive and constructive way

      Qualifications & Experience

      • Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
      • The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate large teams
      • Proactively seeks out opportunities to increase sales
      • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to keep calm under pressure
      • Exceptional communication skills to provide timely feedback and help develop team members

      Working Pattern

      • Flexibility to work 40 hours a week on a shift pattern, varying from Monday to Sunday 7am to midnight, sometimes 1am on event nights.
