Job Title: Retail Team Member Ecommerce – FT
Location: Goodwill North Central Texas --- 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: $14.25 per hour
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 P.M., Work Days Vary

General Job Duties: Performs initial sort, grading of donations. Posts into inventory system using Pc system, process discarded items into appropriate categories and locations; shelves acceptable items once posted for online sales onto inventory space using inventory management system, accurately pulls orders for shipping; packages and accurately ships orders, assisting online customers via email, phone, or with pick up of purchased items, maintains a safe, secure, and clean work environment.
Skills & Minimum Qualifications: Will be expected to develop the following skills- Being comfortable using a computer, ability to recognize and value donated items such as consumer electronics, antiques, media, books, and general collectibles. Ability to meet established production goals to fit needs of department. Must be able to multi-task and work both rapidly and efficiently. Ability to figure percentages and perform simple math computations. Must be able to understand and follow directions well.
Physical Requirements: Walking, stooping, standing, reaching 6 feet (or can with a ladder), pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds on a consistent basis, some heavier lifting required with assistance. Good physical stamina. Ability to work in a warehouse setting which includes noise, some extremes in temperature and dust. Open availability to work varying schedule one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing 7 days a week. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other Team Members. Sufficient eyesight and manual dexterity. Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods of time. Must be sufficiently mobile to work in the entire facility.
