      Reports to: Manager, Guest Experience Training

      Location: North Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)

      Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home

      Pay Range: $44,700 - $55,100; pay is dependent on year of study and related experience

      Duration: Four (4) months, September 2, 2025 – December 19, 2025

      Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F

      As the Retail Training Co-Op Student, you will work on designing and improving our training programs for retail teams, with a focus on Guest experience training. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure our training is top-notch and can be used everywhere. You bring creative ideas to make our training stand out at Arc’teryx.

      Your role on the Retail Training team is key to our organization’s growth and business goals. The Retail Training team, a part of our Business Excellence team, is in service of the business supporting our scalable store growth and achievement of our goals. Retail Training creates best-in-class learning programs, supports implementation training, and delivers training that enables our business to operate effectively and scale for the future. You will be supporting with creating training to unleash our retail teams’ potential and build a high-performance culture.

      If you were a Retail Training Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
      • Capturing, enriching, and creating content that maximizes learning outcomes and meet business objectives
      • Creating and updating training materials and programs in partnership with the Guest experience Content Specialist
      • Documenting business process and performance expectations and generate high quality sources of foundational reference content
      • Updating and maintaining learning content to ensure all materials are up-to-date and accurate

      • You will have the opportunity to work directly on creating training materials and programs, gaining valuable hands-on experience in content creation and curriculum development
      • You will have access to mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field, helping you develop your skills and knowledge in content creation and training design
      • You will collaborate with members of different teams within the organization, gaining experience in cross-functional teamwork and communication
      • You will learn about best practices in training design and implementation, gaining exposure to industry standards and innovative approaches to learning and development
      • You will receive constructive feedback on your work, allowing you to identify areas for growth and improvement in your skills and abilities
      • You will be supporting the creation of training programs that unleash the potential of our retail teams and play a vital role in contributing to Arc’teryx's growth and success


      Are you our next Retail Training Co-Op Student?
      • You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communication, education, writing or business administration, graphic design from an accredited university,
      • You are a third (3rd) or fourth (4th) year student
      • You are effective at written and verbal communication skills
      • You are detail-oriented and have a passion in identifying areas for improvement
      • You have a creative solution mindset and have the ability to think innovatively in developing training materials
      • You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively
      • You enjoy working collaboratively with team members and cross-functional partners to contribute to the development of comprehensive training programs
      • You have experience working in a retail environment
      • It is a plus if you have previous experience with the Arc’teryx brand
