- Manage product receiving, storage, movement, and transfers to ensure efficient warehouse operations and support store needs.
- Assist with unloading, unpacking shipments, checking for damages, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Process product transfers to the distribution center for delivery or return of excess product.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through precise scanning, proper product placement, and regular cycle counts.
- Oversee customer pick-up orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to prepare products for display and ensure readiness for customer purchase.
- Partner with the merchandising team to execute showroom floor resets or moves to fill product gaps.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any product discrepancies or customer pick-up concerns.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Participate in training to stay updated on warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Engage with guests throughout the store, provide sales assistance, and uphold a high standard of guest service to ensure an exceptional experience.

Position Summary
The Retail Logistics manages product flow, maintains inventory accuracy, and oversees customer pick-up orders. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations and adherence to safety and organizational standards. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.Position Description

Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1 year of retail experience in a custodial or janitorial role. Commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management and stock handling.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (certification may be required).
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
Compensation: $15.70 - $20.40Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI’s.
