Create and manage project plans to improve and implement business processes
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Azure DevOps
Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions
Develop expertise in ecommerce platforms including Oro Commerce and Shopify
Own the Oro Back-office, the primary management tool in Oro for eCommerce activities
Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, Symphony, and JavaScript
Assist in coordinating data integration and connectivity across systems
Understand API and EDI connections related to ERP, inventory, and shipping
Support front-end design and user experience improvements for the portal
Collaborate with development teams to manage web content updates
Maintain awareness of tools such as Avalara and ShipStation for sales tax and shipping automation
Manage software bugs, feature testing, and enhancements
Create documentation and conduct testing after deployments and updates
Triage system issues and communicate with stakeholders for resolution
Oversee content and performance optimization, SEO, accessibility, A/B testing, and analytics tracking
Familiarity with tools like Google Looker Studio, GA4, Power BI, and New Relic
Train internal and external users of the portal across varying technical levels
Communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Assist sales teams in resolving bugs and issues without backend code changes
Handle onboarding tasks such as customer/user creation and manual product entry
Respond to internal/external inquiries related to pricing, products, and data integrity
Use tools like Postman to verify API functionality
Maintain and update KPI reports
Collaborate with the sales team to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of experience with UFP’s business systems or similar platforms
Ecommerce platform experience (Oro Commerce and/or Shopify highly preferred)
Familiarity with UFP’s organizational structure and culture is a plus
Strong understanding of ecommerce workflows, content management, and web usability
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
Knowledge of API tools like Postman and integration tools like Avalara and ShipStation
Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, Symphony, and JavaScript
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external partners
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The Retail Web Systems Administrator supports the UFP Retail Prowood Dealer B2B Portal (built on Oro Commerce), collaborating with internal departments and customers to enhance the portal’s functionality and performance. This role focuses on the administration, optimization, and user experience of the B2B platform, while also identifying process improvements through the use of UFP’s business systems and Oro Commerce. This individual should have a strong foundation in ecommerce technologies, project management, and front-end UX/UI support.
Other duties related to Oro Commerce include updating product lines, managing customers and sales, setting up taxes, running marketing campaigns, managing web store content, reporting, administering user roles, and back-office workflows.
This position operates under general direction, requires regular use of discretion and independent judgment, and involves a high degree of creativity and problem-solving.

Annual Salary Range: $63,000 – $99,000 (dependent on location and experience)
Bonus/Incentive Pay: Eligible for quarterly bonus and discretionary annual bonus based on company performanceBenefits Include:
