Salary £28,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Retention Associate
Salary £28,500
Aviva are recruiting for a Retention Associate to be a part of our Healthcare Sales Operations Team within Aviva.
Do you have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build up rapport easily with corporate customers, both over the phone and via email? Do you have prior experience, or an interest in, working within the Private Medical Insurance (PMI) space? If yes, then this role is for you!
A bit about the job:
As the Retention Associate, you will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with our Brokers, aligned to our PMI consumer product line. You will use your customer service skills to own and manage queries from our broker community via a central mailbox, as well as over the phone, also live chat facilities. This will involve taking ownership of complex queries, as well as completing transactional demands. Full training will be provided so that you become an expert in this area, offering advice and answering questions from Brokers about PMI products daily.
