What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and handle the setup of new retirement plans and investment transfers
- Ensure accurate and timely plan and investment setup on the recordkeeping system
- Review work to guarantee accurate implementation of plan conversions
- Communicate special plan needs to ensure successful transitions to permanent service teams
- Build subject matter expertise on retirement system processes and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent related work experience
- One or more years of experience in defined contribution plan administration or implementation
- Familiarity with retirement and recordkeeping systems and operational functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and functions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
