      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and perform data analysis related to defined contribution retirement plans, ensuring legal compliance and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders
      - Communicate effectively with account management regarding plan testing changes and potential solutions
      - Resolve complex compliance questions and provide expert advice on contribution allocation and testing correction methods
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in retirement plan administration and lead training events for staff
      - Review and provide feedback on work completed by co-workers to ensure accurate plan administration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in defined contribution plan administration, including document interpretation and customer contact
      - Hands-on experience with compliance and non-discrimination testing of retirement plans
      - Familiarity with form 5500 preparation
      - In-depth knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA)
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Pursuit of American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) classes related to the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation or higher
      - Experience in performing annual compliance testing for qualified retirement plans with complex provisions
