What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and manage multiple projects of varying complexity and priority, focusing on business solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional and cross-organizational team collaboration in a matrix-managed environment
- Oversee project communications, schedule and financial management, issue and risk tracking, and change management activities
- Solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, providing guidance and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in project management
- Understanding of the retirement plan industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods for solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated adaptability in changing circumstances
