You have proven experience completing client requests (i.e., financial and account maintenance).
You’re highly resourceful and a critical thinker. You think outside the box and present alternative solutions.
You are action oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex inquiries/requests.
You have a working knowledge of retirement industry and the ability to apply it to work assignments.
Your detail orientation and accuracy are consistent and dependable.
You have high learning agility and enjoy staying informed of the company's products and services, policies and procedures and applicable regulations and legal requirements.
You are comfortable with a shift ranging from 8-5pm & overtime, as business needs allow.

As a Retirement Plan Services Representative, you’ll respond to inquiries from retirement plan participants, sponsors, financial professionals, and third-party administrators (TPAs). You’ll research and process retirement plan transactions by leveraging varied resources, including making phone calls to clarify questions/requirements to resolve requests. You’ll play a critical role in educating clients on plan- specific inquiries and general retirement industry concepts and regulations.

This position will be starting on 5/20/2024 and does require you to work in the office three times a week with the option to work from home twice a week.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $40,090-$64,144
Orange County Base Salary Range: $48,785-$78,056
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $42,700-$68,320
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
