      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate customers on retirement product solutions, including account rollovers and various insurance products
      - Learn and understand all products in the assigned specialty area and make product recommendations
      - Identify multi-product needs and connect customers with appropriate product specialists
      - Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
      - Handle routine inquiries and provide transparent guidance to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
      - Must hold FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 at time of hire
      - Life insurance license (or obtain within 90 days)
      - One year of experience in the financial services industry
      - Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CFP and/or CRPC certification
      - Knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com
      - Familiarity with digital financial advice platforms
