Support MP Dossier activities to allow Technical leaders to define their contributions and secure robust Change Implementation.
Propose relevant MOD Breakdown and Maintain MOD trees in iAMT for the relevant Systems with the support of Retrofit Solution Managers and contributing to the Upgrade Screening when relevant.
Finalized and agreed Engineering Decision Dossier (ICC-ACP).
Securing Modification closure on time and on quality to provide SB to customers. (MP Dossier Quality reviews before validation meeting).
Deliver information note or flash news internally supporting the deployment of new or improved Process, Methods and tools Configuration Management related subjects,
Be part of Workstream Configuration Management to secure implementation in ICC-ACP of necessary improvements, functionalities.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related discipline
Experience in Configuration Management and associated tools (ICC-ACP and formerly ICC-CADB).
Preferred experience in Engineering Design Systems and/or Airframe and knowledge of associated PDM tools.
Negotiation level in English. French/German proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to work in an international environment with interfaces with Services Bulletins Entities in Toulouse (France), Hamburg (Germany) and Mobile (US).
Demonstration of an organized and structured approach to your work, good communication skills and ability to adapt to moving targets. Demonstration of innovative thinking is a plus
Knowledge of Aircraft Development process, FCO Process, Offer management and Systems/Airframe configuration.
Knowledge of Aircraft architecture and Systems.
Knowledge of Customer Services processes (Service Bulletin, Maintenance, Technical Documentation) is a plus.
Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Retrofit Engineering Configuration Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Service Engineering & Maintenance Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team that has the mission to deliver and support value-added Retrofit Solutions packages to maintain Aircraft continued airworthiness and improve Customers operations & profitability. As part of a transnational team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Service Bulletin Technical Solutions (Standard or Optional). You will lead engineering contributions to product evolution from SBCB (Service Bulletin Change board) Decision or Upgrade Decision to the Service Bulletin dispatch to in-service Customers and will secure engineering deliverables on time & on quality in compliance with CM requirements (Centralize and consolidate the engineering inputs in the Aircraft Change Process).
