What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, approve, and process return/credit requests following department guidelines
- Obtain internal approval for returns of non-stock items, discontinued items, and vendor directs
- Assess appropriate charges to customer returns such as restocking and return freight costs
- Collaborate with vendors, customer service, and sales to resolve requests timely and accurately
- Work closely with warehouses, managers, and return staff to monitor open returns and address any issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in finance, customer returns, or customer service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of office/finance experience
