About the Team
The role is within the Contextual Safeguarding Service of Lambeth Children's Services.
The team provide professional support and direct work to young people at risk of/experiencing harm outside of the home.
About the Role
As a Return Home Interview Worker, you will be working within a team who focus on young people facing risk in the community.
The role includes building rapport and listening to the young person about their missing episode to better understand the risks and to help increase their safety. Good computer skills is a must as a report of the interview needs to be written up within timescales.This is a varied role in that no young person or missing episode is the same. We are looking for someone who has experience working with young people and is passionate about making a difference.
