What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Log and perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments in real-time while releasing delivery teams using updated release procedures
- Resolve systemic-to-physical inventory inaccuracies through all stages of depot handling and delivery
- Review and resolve discrepancies within complex customer accounts to ensure accuracy in inventory movements
- Complete manual-override warehouse processes for escalated customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide regular feedback to Returns Coordination Lead/Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to recognize trends in inventory data
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Excel; SAP experience is a plus
- Experience in a logistics or inventory management role
