What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Log and perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments in real time while releasing delivery teams
- Resolve inventory inaccuracies through all stages of depot handling and delivery
- Review and resolve discrepancies within customer accounts ensuring accurate inventory movements
- Complete manual-override warehouse processes for escalated customer issues
- Provide regular feedback to Returns Coordination Lead/Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate
- Strong communication skills including reading and writing comprehension
- Working knowledge of Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trends in inventory transaction data
- Self-motivated with a history of completing daily task requirements with minimal supervision
