What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Log and perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments in real time while releasing delivery teams
- Resolve systemic-to-physical inventory inaccuracies through all stages of depot handling and delivery
- Review and resolve discrepancies within complex customer accounts
- Complete manual-override warehouse processes for escalated customer issues
- Provide regular feedback to Returns Coordination Lead/Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Strong self-motivation and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in communication, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Excel; SAP experience is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in inventory management or returns coordination
- Familiarity with warehouse processes and logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose trends in inventory transaction data
